Who Can Sell on Cake Nook?

Cake Nook collaborates with:

• •Self-employed bakers
• •Nearby florists
• •Manufacturers of pastries and sweets
• •Makers of artisanal gifts

• •Every vendor needs to accept these terms and finish our onboarding process
• •Sellers must submit product photos, hygiene certificates (where applicable), and KYC documentation
• •At any time, Cake Nook retains the right to accept, suspend, or remove vendor listings

• •Sellers are required to give precise product information, including cost, turnaround time, and possible variations
• •Images must accurately depict the seller's actual product
• •Updates must be made immediately for any modifications to the ingredients, design, or availability

• •Freshly made orders must be safely wrapped for shipping
• •Products must be prepared by the specified date in order to guarantee on-time pickups
• •If a seller is unable to complete an order, they must tell Cake Nook right away

• •Basic hygienic requirements must be met by the products
• •Sellers are urged to explicitly label allergies (such as dairy and nuts)
• •Any quality-related complaints from customers will be examined, and persistent problems could lead to suspension

• •Cake Nook takes care of the vendor's payment collection
• •Weekly, biweekly, or monthly payouts will be made following the deduction of platform fees and any taxes
• •The seller will receive a thorough invoice or transaction report

• •Every order will have a platform fee subtracted, either fixed or depending on a percentage
• •Cake Nook will notify vendors in advance of any promotional reductions it initiates

• •It is not allowed for customers and merchants to communicate directly unless Cake Nook facilitates the resolution
• •Sellers are not allowed to advertise their external websites or personal contact information

• •Orders shouldn't be cancelled by sellers unless there are unforeseen reasons
• •Listing priority will be impacted by frequent cancellations or last-minute preparations
• •Customer complaints will be arbitrated by Cake Nook. If the vendor is at fault, they can be responsible for refunds

Cake Nook maintains the authority to kick out merchants who:

• •Receive complaints frequently or transgress hygienic or quality standards
• •Misuse of client information
• •Violate local laws or these terms

• •Only unique content may be uploaded by vendors
• •Any media or brand logos utilised must have permission to be published

These terms may be updated from time to time by Cake Nook. Acceptance of any changes is indicated by continued platform use.
