1. Cancellations of Orders

Time-sensitive Cancellations

•Orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order.
•After 15 minutes, the order is locked for preparation and cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

Log into your Cake Nook account and go to My Orders.
Select the order and click Cancel (if within 15 minutes).
Alternatively, contact our support team immediately.

Note on Custom Orders

Personalized or custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, regardless of the time window.

2. Refunds

Eligibility

✓Order cancelled within 15 minutes
✓Item not delivered due to vendor failure
✓Incorrect, damaged, or spoiled item (report within 1 hour)

Non-Refundable

✕Incorrect delivery address provided
✕Recipient unavailable
✕Minor design variations
✕Late claims (after 1 hour)

ℹ️ Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Returns

Due to the perishable and personalized nature of our products (cakes, flowers, etc.):

🚫Returns are not accepted once an item is delivered.
🛡️If there's a genuine issue, our team will investigate and provide a resolution which may include a refund or re-delivery.
