Is it possible to arrange a delivery for a particular time?
Indeed! At checkout, you can select the delivery time slot that works best for you (subject to availability).
Will I receive the exact design that is shown in the picture?
We collaborate with actual local florists and bakers. Handcrafted items may have slight variations, but that's part of the charm! The main theme stays the same.

Where do you deliver?
To guarantee freshness and prompt delivery, we deliver within a 7-kilometer radius of our affiliated suppliers.
What happens if the receiver can't be reached?
Our delivery partner will try to contact them. If unreachable, the product may be returned or delivered later, but no refund will be issued.
Do you provide delivery on the same day?
Generally, yes, but make sure to place your purchase before the cutoff time, which is typically two to four hours prior to the delivery time. Certain special products might need to be reserved in advance.

Can I cancel my order?
Sure, but just for the first 15 minutes after placing the order. After that, there is no way to cancel because preparations start.
How can I get my order cancelled?

When can I expect to get my money back?
Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 7β10 business days if you qualify.
Which products cannot be refunded?
We don't give refunds for:
The incorrect address was provided.
The unavailability of recipients
Small variations in design
Late complaints (after 2 hours of delivery)
After delivery, is it possible for me to return a cake or flowers?
No. We do not accept refunds because our products are perishable. If something is truly incorrect, however, we will correct it.
