At Cake Nook, we specialize in freshly baked cakes and desserts made to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will assess the situation and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Once preparation has begun, cancellations are not allowed. Please contact our customer support to initiate cancellation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method. We will notify you once the refund has been issued.
